Let all pay privately for their medical and half the emergency figures will drop! People would not go to an emergency if they have to pay privately. The government should drop the tax rate, but make private medical aid compulsory for all. You will see the system will be fixed very quickly. The US changed to a private system and the medical system improved. Even developing countries in Africa has private systems and private medical care, mate this work much better over there.
